Set up the new Parent Portal in MySchoolBucks
We've got a fresh new look for the school year, including a brand new Parent Portal. This new page gives you the ability to display your logo, a district announcement, and add shortcut links to other areas of MySchoolBucks such as meal payments, your school store, and specific store products. Or, you can link them to any external pages you'd like (e.g. district’s website).

- Help families stay on top of what's going on at school by logging in and setting up your school district's portal before the new school year begins.

Rollover your student data
Work with your district office to make sure that all of your student enrollment data is up-to-date for current and new students.

- If you have a Heartland point of sale, schedule your premium end-of-year or start-of-year rollover
- If you are not utilizing a Heartland point of sale, please contact us to ensure up-to-date student information.
Update your admin staff in MySchoolBucks
Make sure your current and new employees have the appropriate administrative access they need.

- Here's how to edit your user privileges:
1. Log in to your admin account in MySchoolBucks
2. Visit the admin dashboard and select users
3. Search for users through the filter tool and make any changes
Provide training to new or existing staff
Make sure your staff is ready to manage payments through MySchoolBucks and can access the tools and reports they need.
