Managing or getting started with student invoicing
Student invoicing is an essential feature within MySchoolBucks that simplifies payment management for students, their families, and districts. If you've yet to explore this tool or seek guidance on its usage, don't hesitate to book a session with your dedicated Account Manager. Invoicing is particularly beneficial for managing required payments like field trips, parking fees, senior dues, and tech repairs. We'll walk you through the invoicing process, demonstrate its functionalities, and assist in setting it up automated payment reminders for parents.
Growing your School Store
If you’re unsure how to set up your School Store, meet with your Account Manager. They can walk you through the process and review whether the products are entered correctly and whether the store is ready to go live and accept payments. Now is a great time to meet and discuss this, as you’ll want to be sure it’s up to date before students are back at school and utilizing stores again.
Collecting common fees like AP Exams
It's always a good idea to connect with your Account Manager throughout the year so they can help ensure that seasonal fees are in your MySchoolBucks system, like AP exams or graduation. Thanks to our continued partnership with College Board’s AP exam fee payment provider program, you can easily collect AP exam fees in MySchoolBucks. Get in touch with your Account Manager for help with importing a list of AP students to create invoices for payment.
Set up integrations

These integrations support districts, save time by eliminating repetitive processes, and provide a central touchpoint for all of your revenue.
