This month we released more features in MySchoolBucks Tickets. Here’s what you can expect:

Reserve seats with your season pass

Exciting news for season pass holders! You can now redeem your season passes to reserve a seat at any event. Just choose the event you want to attend, select your seat(s), review your cart, and then select your season pass from the drop-down option. After that, simply check out and enjoy the event!

Pricing Visibility

We've introduced features that allow you to control ticket availability and visibility based on ticket pricing. This means that you'll be able to sell “everywhere” tickets at a specific price within a certain time frame, and have separate box office only tickets available at a different time and price (or same price). Plus, we’ve made it possible for you to change the visibility of your tickets even after you've published them.

Custom color picker

You’ll now have more options for your background color needs. With the custom color picker, you’re now able to customize solid color options to match your districts or school color backgrounds. Even add an RGB value, HSL value, or a hex number to ensure you have the right color for your background!

Mobile redemption only option

We listened closely to your feedback at Connect 2023 and have introduced a brand new event redemption method. The new mobile redemption only method will be especially useful for districts and schools that are looking to eliminate the need to scan tickets at the door with additional hardware.
