Managing devices with invoicing

We realize some of your students may be learning from home this school year. If your students are participating in hybrid or remote learning, chances are they are using a laptop or tablet issued from your school. If that's the case, we have a way to help you collect payments and manage those devices through MySchoolBucks.


Through MySchoolBucks you can not only upload a list of technology fees to invoice your students, but you can also include an id number or tracking number for the devices that have been issued. This can help you collect technology payments faster and keep an electronic record of your student technology rentals. 

Here's an example of an upload file containing each technology fee along with a unique id or tracking number for each device:

After you upload and assign your invoices, you can search for each invoice by the
device id or tracking number to see the status of the payments right in MySchoolBucks.
