Using the Invoicing feature in MySchoolBucks, you can streamline the entire billing process and receive faster payment. In fact, we’ve found that over 80% of invoices are paid within 30 days, saving staff countless hours of time collecting outstanding payments.

By providing a list of students signed up for AP exams, our team can work with you to upload it directly into MySchoolBucks. This will automatically create each invoice and notify parents when an exam fee is due. Parents can log into their account, quickly see which invoices are due, and make a payment through the website or mobile app.
