Mobile Ticket Redemption

No wifi? No problem! In addition to scanning tickets at the door, admin users can also choose to allow for mobile redemption at the door. This new form of redemption will allow the ticket holder actually to redeem their ticket on their own mobile device.

Seat Selection/Venue Builder

You can now set up venue events with assigned seating. When a parent and/or prospective ticket holder goes to purchase tickets to a venue event, they will be able to select seats for the event. This feature allows you to create your auditorium quickly and accurately online!

Invitation Only Tickets

We have added a new ticket visibility type called “Invitation Only". This option allows your district to build private events. Only those with the link will see this event and have the option to purchase tickets. This feature is perfect for staff events, special seating, and more!

New Ways to Share

We have added the ability to share events from the My Tickets area for Parents, and the Events area for Admin Users. The new social sharing offers the ability to:

1. Resend an email containing tickets,
2. Copy the link to the Event,
3. Share the Event Information via Email, and
4. Share the Event Information to Facebook or Twitter.
