This week, we released new features in MySchoolBucks to help you and your parents succeed in the 2023-2024 school year. Here's a recap:

 Invoice Enhancements

Creating Invoices and sending them to parents keeps getting easier with nearly every MySchoolBucks update. With this release, we made a few key changes to Invoicing for our Admins:

• Invoice Cashier Filtering - A new Student Group Filter was added to Invoicing Cashier so your staff can easily find and apply payments to invoices from a specific Student Group.
  
  

• Mass Edit Invoices - The option to edit invoices en masse was added to give our admins to ability to make simple changes to more than one invoice at a time:
  • Edit due dates
  • Allow or disallow partial payments
  • Update end dates
  • Add new fees
    
    

• Customized Invoice Reminders - Create and send invoice reminders with your own custom messages for one or multiple invoices.
  Note: This feature is now available for beta use!

  New Report Filtering Options

Find the information you need through MySchoolBucks reporting is made more simple with new filtering and export options for some key reports:

• Statement of Account - A new Store filter lets you find fees or products associated with one or multiple stores when generating a Student Statement of Account (SOA) report.
  
  
  Additionally, Store and Payment Method have been added as fields to the Statement of Account Export so you can see which stores or payment methods an invoice item is associated with.

• Batch Reports - A new Payment Method filter was added to both the Batch Summary and Detail reports, so you can now filter by one or multiple payment methods.
• Payment Reports - A new Payment Method filter was added to both the Payment Summary and Detail reports, so you can now filter by one or multiple payment methods.

 Now Accepting Apple Pay® and Google Pay™

The MySchoolBucks team is very excited to announce that MSB Anywhere now accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, and EMV Chip Transactions! These types of transactions are more commonly referred to as dip (insert) or tap-to-pay.

Note: To utilize those payment methods, you must update your MSB Anywhere app to the latest version and ensure that your C2X or C3X card readers are connected. You will be prompted to update the card reader configuration on launch and successful login to MSB Anywhere.
