This week, we released new features in MySchoolBucks to help you and your parents succeed in the 2023-2024 school year. Here's a recap:

 Reuse School Fees from Year to Year

A new field has been added to School Fees to allow your district to reuse certain fees. Before this update, MySchoolBucks would look back through all time to determine if a student had been assessed a fee at any point in time.

The new Look Back Date option in the fee assessment filters allows your district to look back only to a certain date to determine if a student had been assessed a fee. This means that your district will no longer have to create new fees every time they want to assess the fee a second time.

  Share Reports with Other Users

The Reports Dashboard has a new Share Report option allowing you to share a report with another user from your dashboard. To use this new feature, click the share icon and select one or multiple users to share the report with.

Once a report has been shared with you, reports shared by other users will be available in the 'Shared With Me' tab at the top of your Reports Dashboard.

 Import Students to Student Groups

Creating a Student Group has never been easier with the added ability to import a list of students into a Student Group!

Student Groups now features a wizard that will walk you through the steps to import a .CSV file of students. You can learn more and view screenshots of the new wizard in this Import Students to Student Groups knowledge article.

 Search MSB Anywhere Invoices by Email

Quickly and easily pull up invoices for students in a household from within the MSB Anywhere app by searching with Parent Email Addresses.
