This week we released new features in MySchoolBucks to continuously help you and your parents manage payments for the 2022-2023 school year. Here's a recap:

Resend Invoice Notifications to Recipients

Admins users can now resend invoice notifications to the original recipient as needed. You can review this Managing Invoices Knowledge Article to learn more about managing Invoices in MySchoolBucks, including how to resend invoice notifications to recipients.

MSB Parent App Biometrics Login Options

MySchoolBucks now supports device biometrics for login: fingerprint on both IOS and Android and FaceID on IOS only. This means parents can now log into the MySchoolBucks Parent App using their fingerprint or FaceID with their phone, eliminating the need to enter their MySchoolBucks credentials.

A Unified Checkout Experience

Schools have asked for Donations at checkout for meal payments just like the website. Now, when Meal Money is added, the payment is added to the cart, along with any store purchases, which also prompts for school donations at checkout. 

 New Features Coming Soon!

We have some exciting new updates coming soon for our MySchoolBucks admin users, including:

MySchoolBucks Anywhere Beta

• Updated checkout screens
• Can now open the cash drawer from the hamburger menu

• Provide discounts on store products with Promo Codes
