This week we released new features in MySchoolBucks to help you manage payments for the 2021-2022 school year. Here's a recap:

MSB Anywhere Transaction Tags

We now have the ability to record a sales tag that can be used to show the collection site in MySchoolsBucks web reports. You can start using this new feature by entering a site as it exists in MySchoolBucks or by entering any string of custom text within the MSB Anywhere settings. 

Once you've entered your sales tags, you can choose to filter your MySchoolBucks Payments and Batch Reports using the new Sales Tag filter. This will filter the report by the sales tag that is added to each transaction in MSB Anywhere.

Increased Invoice Recipient Threshold

We updated the max recipient threshold for our invoices module. Now, you can select up to 500 recipients at a time when sending out invoices!

MSB Anywhere Receipt Update

We added a new toggle in the MSB Anywhere Settings to "Always Show Stock Options on Receipt". This toggle is especially useful if using eligibilities Free, Reduced, and Paid as stock option names and wish to exclude them from being printed on the receipt. By default, this setting will be turned on so it will always print the stock options on the receipts.
