This year, we’ve even updated many of our resources to ensure you’re getting the most out of these tools. With these resources, you can make sure parents know how and where to pay online with MySchoolBucks, simplifying the process and minimizing the need for cash or check handling.  Not only does it make payments quick and easy for parents, but also ensures it’s an organized and efficient process for you on the back end, too!  **Banners & buttons** Banners & buttons are an easy way to share information with parents right from your site. By including a banner, they can easily access their MySchoolBucks page by simply clicking on it and directing them right to the website.    ![](https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/k6mc5QxO7zBnU7Rlxqe3ZqzhIME2Xj022LCcdHiig-3KTZFnrnn7jcwwk6fvN8f3JbTC7fAlGMenrTj7OcXP25hGrCDBihdRHnnrK2A2sXHSAqRv2kXwoLnmjXmL4_wVHqEMkIwjhV87PXyVgdhuq9I)   **Emails** With emails, you can access a simplified template to send directly to parents informing them of how to utilize your offerings. With our updated emails, we’re providing header images and messaging that you can easily include in your drag-and-drop email editor.    ![](https://blog.heartlandschoolsolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/email-2.jpg?width=325&height=366&name=email-2.jpg) **Flyers and letters** Our flyers and letters are customizable and can be downloaded in both English and Spanish. There are a variety of options that give you the ability to print and distribute them at school, mail them home, or simply attach them digitally in an email.  ![](https://blog.heartlandschoolsolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/flyer-1.jpg?width=361&height=278&name=flyer-1.jpg)   **Social posts** By using an updated social post on your school’s Facebook or Instagram account, you can quickly and easily connect with parents and encourage them to pay for their accounts online by using the MySchoolBucks app. There are also social posts that cover a number of subjects including reminders about athletic fees, tech fees, transportation fees, back-to-school fees, or just general class fees.  ![](https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/DnsX4IlFpX-YyULVA1XEB4-S9zyRCrxvD0UGAzfRRefjU6jeH4ZOX5bmqWueqUyzo7zmtV2gO3kLPqf8uDStUytGwcHBPhTsMPmuUVb8iHFXDbK5dtpKYAllrclUmtr9uQBb1E21pF5lXqdxY3vcNno)   Interested in what other free communication tools we offer?
