If you're looking for help on a certain topic, the Knowledge Base is a great place to start. You can also submit a case, or review any open cases for your district from the same page by going to the “more” tab and selecting “submit case”.

Chargebacks (7:20)

The chargeback feature is an important tool within MySchoolBucks. By creating a case through Support Central and sharing your main point of contact's information, we help with the rest by submitting documents on behalf of your district to contest the chargeback.

New in MySchoolBucks (11:06)

Troy Jones, Sr Product Manager, joined to highlight a few new features, as well as old ones, that will support you during the back-to-school season. When adding a product, visit the advanced tab to utilize the invoice restriction tool. With this, a school can set a restriction on the invoice(s) due and limit a student from making a purchase of another product if they have an outstanding invoice balance.

He also showcased a new feature that will make invoicing even easier by creating a template. Now, you only have to create an invoice once and utilize the template function to make it a much faster experience in the future.
