As the school year kicks off, MySchoolBucks has [free communication tools](https://info.heartlandschoolsolutions.com/mc-msb-meals) that can help you get the word out to parents about paying online. From emails to social media, we can help you ensure parents know where to go and how to pay for their students' school fees in MySchoolBucks.

Whether you have a communication manager running your parent communications, or a different staff member who manages it all, share these resources with them so they can save on time and start using these convenient templates this school year!

**1. Web banners**

Update your website with banners and buttons to make it easy for parents to access the MySchoolBucks page quickly. You can also easily communicate with them by adding an announcement to your site that shares information about what items and fees they can pay for online or how to create an account.
