A message from Terry Roberts, President of Heartland School Solutions.

It’s hard to believe, but the 2016-2017 school year is already upon us! We hope you have enjoyed your summer and are as excited and eager as we are for the start of a new school year. Here at Heartland, we’ve been busy this summer training new staff, making enhancements to our software platforms, meeting with customers, and doing all that we can to ensure you and your district receive only the very best service and support from us.

Last month, I traveled to San Antonio for the School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference. It was great seeing so many familiar faces and meeting a number of new folks as well.  While I was at the conference, a few people asked me “when is my software going away?” and “when are you going to make me move to a new software program?”.  The answer is simple – never. We will continue to support your software system for as long as you choose to use it. If you love your current software program, that’s fantastic – so do we! We will always ensure that your software will keep improving and evolving along with your operation. Should your needs change and you want to switch to a new Heartland system in the future – no problem. We can certainly assist you with that when the time comes. But we will never make you transition to a new software program until you chose to do so. Period.

As we look toward the 2016-2017 school year, our team has never been as well-positioned to serve you and your operation as we are today. Over the past year, we’ve made a number of improvements, investments, and process changes within our organization focused solely on providing you with better service, no matter what software platform you’re using.  I’d like to personally thank you for your continued partnership, and I wish you a very successful start to the new school year.

Sincerely,

Terry Roberts
