From MCS Software, the latest version of**[**Newton POS & Financials**](http://www.heartlandpaymentsystems.com/School-Solutions/School-Nutrition-Solutions/MCS-Software) **isnow available and comes packed with new features and enhancements to help improve your daily operations.

**New Serving Line Configurations**  
 With Newton 5.5, you can now setup meal-specific serving lines, making it easy to separate breakfast and lunch lines.

**Student Roster Enhancements**  
 Student Roster reports have an added option to display student allergies, keeping your cashiers informed and your students safe.

**Bank Deposit Comments**  
 Newton 5.5 gives you the ability to enter comments to the bank deposit posting screen, which will appear in a number of reports and data sets.

**Change-Given Tracking**  
 We’ve added support for tracking and reporting the change given at the serving line, making it easier for you to reconcile at the end of the day.
