With our customers, school communities, and employees at the center of everything that we do as a company, we would like to take a moment to address concerns around the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. Here are some of the steps we’ve taken to continue to serve you, while providing a safe work environment for our staff:

Supporting You & Your Family

We continue to operate during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm ET) and our team is ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Log into your MySchoolBucks account through myschoolbucks.com or the MySchoolBucks app to chat with us, or give us a call at 855.832.5226.

Additionally, here are answers to some commonly asked questions for those parents who may be impacted by school closures at this time.

Important note about refunds
Payments made through MySchoolBucks are quickly expedited to your school’s bank for deposit. Since the funds now reside in your school’s bank account, it is not possible for us to authorize and issue refunds on the school's behalf. We understand that your school might be currently closed. However, we ask that you please work directly with your school district to request a refund once they are back in session.

Partnering With Our School Districts

For districts that have had to make the difficult decision to extend breaks or close their schools, we are here to provide support and resources to help them manage these changes. Our teams are prepared to support school staff in every way possible in the coming weeks.

Safeguarding Our MySchoolBucks Team

With a number of office locations and remote employees, our MySchoolBucks team is spread across the country. We have taken extensive measures to ensure they are prepared and equipped to work from home. Additionally, we have provided mandatory training to educate all team members about the virus and what they can do to help protect themselves and others.

As many of us our parents ourselves, we know these are difficult circumstances that affect all of our families. As we navigate through these coming weeks, we’re dedicated to supporting you and your school community.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
