From the MySchoolBucks website:
Transferred funds will appear in the requested student's meal account within one hour after the next sync between your POS and MySchoolBucks (typically 3-4 hours). Although, this may vary based on your district's set up.
From the MySchoolBucks mobile app (Version 10.0 or higher):

If a parent can't complete a transfer using this feature for any of the reasons listed above, they will need to contact their food service or child nutrition department to make this adjustment directly in your cafeteria point of sale system.
