In this session, you’ll learn how to manage your online school store, including creating products, web forms, GL accounting codes, setting permissions, managing inventory, reports, and more!
MSB Invoicing
This training course includes everything from creating and assigning invoices, to setting custom pricing based on student groups, invoicing aging reports, assigning automatic late fees, payment schedules, and more.
MSB Anywhere
In this training course an expert will cover everything from accepting in-person credit card payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and NFC tap-to-pay. You’ll also learn how your staff can set a close day procedure to ensure all funds are accounted for.
MSB Tickets
In this session, learn about our MSB Tickets software - a full featured Ticketing and Event Management platform. You’ll learn how to allow patrons to purchase season passes, assigned seating for performing arts and musicals, ticket redemption at the gate including self redemption capabilities, and how to utilize the full accounting and general ledger integration that works alongside our standard reporting capabilities.
MSB Activities
We will demonstrate how to set up enrollment plans that work best for your registration process, along with how to utilize our parent kiosk to allow for easy check-in or check-out of students. We'll also cover the best way to manage your end-of-year procedures including copying previous year registration enrollment plans for use next school year.
MSB Meal Payments
Learn more about the power of MySchoolBucks and how it can improve your school nutrition operation. Everything from speeding up your serving lines, reconciling your daily deposits, and giving parents the tools to help them monitor their children’s school lunch purchases. Parents can also utilize our free iOS and Android mobile apps to transfer funds between siblings, setup low balance reminders, and enable AutoPay to ensure their child has enough funds for school lunch!
