The school year is quickly approaching which means it’s time to check in with your account manager so they can help you make sure you’re all ready to go for the year ahead. Here are a few things to consider before you meet with your manager, so you can be prepared to discuss what you need to get done before the first day of school rolls around!

 

How Are You Collecting Payments This Year?

Take a look at how you plan to collect student payments this year. Student invoicing is an essential feature within MySchoolBucks that simplifies payment management for not only the school, but also for students and their families.There are a number of benefits to utilizing the  invoicing feature, and it can make collecting and managing fees much simpler, especially when it comes to required fees such as field trips, parking fees, senior dues, and tech repairs.  If you’re not utilizing the invoice feature yet, be sure to connect with your account manager to learn how you can start.

Your account manager can help you make sure all fees you need set up for the upcoming school year are ready to go in your MySchoolBucks account. Other items such as fall registrations for things such as sports should also be included in the discussion, as you want to make sure those are ready to go before students are back in the classroom.
