Here's a recap:   **New Negative Balance Notification Enhancements** You now have the option to include or exclude inactive students from receiving negative balance notifications. **Extended Deposit Report Time Frame** Deposit reports are essential to the management of your districts funds. We've now made it so you can pull reports for up to 30 days.  **Improved E-Check Validation** To make paying via E-Check even easier for parents, improved validation recognizes missing fields and identifies valid/invalid bank routing numbers.  **New Parent Chat Support Options** New self-help chat support options give parents even more assistance outside of regular support hours.   --- Need help using any of the features above?
