Check Out What's New From Our 11.4 Release

This week we released new features in MySchoolBucks to help you manage payments for the 2021-2022 school year. Here's a recap:

Statement of Account

We added some new options to the Statement of Account (SOA) Report found within the Students/Users reports section of MySchoolBucks. The additions we made to this report include a sorting feature, the option to include previously paid invoices or payments, and the option to include meal balance information.

Fee and Template Visibility by Store

We updated the store availability within our fees module. Now, admins can only see and use invoice templates that are associated with the Store(s) the user is assigned so that only relevant templates are available to select from.

MSB Anywhere Updates

We have made a couple of updates to MSB Anywhere:

• Recent Students - For products that require a student, we added the ability to easily add recently selected students. This allows a store clerk to quickly add products to a cart for the same student without having to manually search for the student on each product.
• Out of Stock Warning - For products without any inventory left, we enhanced the notification by displaying a prompt that a cashier will have to acknowledge. This prevents accidentally selling products that are out for stock and allows the flexibility to sell a product if physical stock is available to the cashier but the inventory has not yet been updated in MySchoolBucks.
• Receipt Updates - We enhanced our receipts to show more information about the sale. For invoice receipts, we now show the Fee Name and Students. For store purchases, we now show the student as well as the stock options on the transaction.

Add a Student Photo

Now parents can easily add a photo of their student(s) via the parent app by selecting from their photo gallery or by taking a picture.
