Since your school district already uses [MySchoolBucks](https://info.heartlandschoolsolutions.com/collect-ap-exams-current) to manage student payments, you can easily leverage the same service parents know and trust to collect upcoming AP Exam registrations and fees!

[MySchoolBucks](https://info.heartlandschoolsolutions.com/collect-ap-exams-current) continues to serve as a partner in the **[College Board’s AP Exam Fee Payments Provider Program.](https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/ap-coordinators/exam-ordering-fees/exam-fees/managing-fee-collection/ap-exam-fee-collection-providers/myschoolbucks?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-_VRWx62VDN_NUBJdhtPC9KQyL0pfw0mqRCWZLH9DPwLlfVZI4iE5x_IeB-DrrtIAHkm_3l)**Our partnership helps districts quickly order exams, and accept contactless and secure payments.

The College Board recently announced a [few key dates](https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/ap-coordinators/calendar-deadlines) to remember for 20-21 AP Exams. We can work with you to meet your specific exam ordering process and ensure you meet these upcoming deadlines:

- Orders are due November 13th, 2020
- Payments are due June 15th, 2021

Our new [Smart Invoicing](https://info.heartlandschoolsolutions.com/msb-smart-invoicing#demo) tool can help you quickly assign AP Exam payments to your AP classes.
